All HIKMICRO products perform at their best when fully updated with the latest Firmware.

If you would prefer that the professionals update your Firmware, we can do that for you. Whilst your device is with us, we’ll give it a thorough Healthcheck – a full clean and check, testing all the controls and the performance.

The price includes your carriage fees and the whole process is easy to do:

  • Pack your device (it’s best to use the packaging that it came in, followed by a box).

  • We will email you regarding the best time and date to collect the unit via DPD.

  • DPD will send you a text/email on the morning of collection to provide a 2 hour window.

  • Then all you have to do is give us up to ten working days (to include the courier times in both directions) and we’ll get your HIKMICRO device delivered back to you, serviced, updated and ready to perform.

If you prefer to update the Firmware yourself, you can download the latest version for your device from the HIKMICRO UK Site – follow the instructions carefully and optimum performance will be enabled.
